There is a moment many faith leaders reach — often quietly.
The vision is still clear.
The calling is still strong.
The fruit is still visible.

In faith contexts, capacity is frequently treated as a matter of willingness.
If more is required:
Capacity becomes moralised instead of designed.
But willingness does not create capacity.
Structure does.
Capacity is not motivation.

Design protects them structurally.
Both are required.
