ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using any part of the LightTranX platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future modifications. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

DEFINITIONS

• “LightTranX” refers to LightTranX Ltd, a registered company in the United Kingdom.

• “Platform” refers to the digital environment hosted under www.lighttranx.com and associated domains, dashboards, or third-party tools.

• “Service Kits” refer to bundled digital offerings: NexOps, Centrilux, SynctruX, Netrion.

• “SmartKit” means downloadable strategic tools, templates, or content delivered to clients upon onboarding or request.

• “User” means any person or entity accessing the platform, whether as a client, team member, or partner.

• “Client Dashboard” refers to gated, role-based access environments after login.

• “Content” means all digital assets, media, documentation, and downloadable resources provided.

USER ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use this platform.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.

• You may not impersonate another user or use false registration data.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

• All content, UI designs, service kits, branding elements, icons, illustrations, and downloadable materials are owned by LightTranX Ltd or used with proper licenses.

• No content may be copied, resold, redistributed, or commercially exploited without express written consent.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SmartKit deliverables for internal business use only, per your access level.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to access data, files, or features you are not authorized to use.

• Upload or transmit malicious code or viruses.

• Reverse-engineer, replicate, or clone SmartKits or dashboards for resale or third-party deployment.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

• LightTranX reserves the right to update, pause, or discontinue any part of the platform or kit access at any time, with or without notice.

• We may add or modify access tiers, kit formats, or dashboard functionalities based on platform upgrades or roadmap changes.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Access to premium kits or gated services may require payment through supported gateways (e.g., Stripe).

• All payments are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only issued for technical errors or service failure, subject to review.

• LightTranX does not store your payment information directly; payments are processed via PCI-compliant third parties.

TERMINATION & ACCOUNT RESTRICTION

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach any part of these terms.

• You misuse the platform in a way that risks other users or our operations.

• Upon verified request from regulatory authorities or legal process.

THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & INTEGRATIONS

This platform may rely on tools such as:

• JetEngine (Crocoblock) for dashboard and dynamic content

• Elementor Pro for frontend rendering

• AWS S3 for secure file hosting

• Stripe for payments

• Figma for design collaboration

You acknowledge that their use is subject to those tools’ individual terms and LightTranX is not liable for their outages, changes, or policies.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

• You will be notified via dashboard or email of major changes.

• Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Disputes will be resolved first via mediation (see Mediation Clause), then through competent UK courts if unresolved.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• This platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• LightTranX Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data breaches resulting from third-party tools or user negligence.

• No advice or information obtained through the platform creates any warranty not expressly stated.
